Managed Services – Basic Plan $12/per device per month
- Complete I.T. Management: Documentation template (passwords, third party support contact info. warranty, etc.) provides all information required to manage the client network. Service ticketing system allows users to launch a service request from their desktop. All service incidents are managed, document and tracked. Software licenses and expiry dates are administered.
- Reduction of regular Labour Rate: from $125/hr., to a flat rate $80 per hour for all labour. Service is delivered faster, more efficiently and with minimal user interruption.
- Remote Control: Enables us to seamlessly connect to devices to delivery remote support. Remote Control may be disabled. Remote control services are governed by a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Remote Monitoring for Hardware and Software: Default monitoring detects specified Windows Event ID’s, failing drives, full drives, memory faults, inordinate CPU usage. The monitoring may be configured to detect a myriad of faults. It enables us to deliver support proactively, before interruption occurs.

Service Level Agreement
The platform utilized software agents installed on client computers and devices that check into the Managed Services Server to provide monitoring, remote access and automation of tasks.
- Managed Services Model is the framework we use to Manage IT – provides visibility and control that enables us to deliver services proactively (Monitoring), quickly (remote control), efficiently (documentation, automation (scripting), systems specifications).
- Available software licenses are Agent, Workstation and Server Antivirus, Workstation and Server Acronis Backup
- Customer privacy and confidentiality are governed by a Confidentiality Agreement (See below)
SITKUM I.T. PROVIDES ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY OR ASSURANCES WHATSOEVER AGAINST DATA CORRUPTION, LOSS OR FOR DISASTER RECOVERY.
- Use of a license for the delivery of service is billable (see rates)
- All time is billable
- Agent is removed after service is rendered
- Installation and basic configuration is included in the licensing price; custom configuration (beyond default) is billable.
- Remote Control Support is billable
- System Auditing – Included
- Default Monitoring and Alerting (Windows Event’s, failing disks, full disk, etc.) – Included
- Automation – is billable
- Initial Setup is normally included. If we the equipment and it’s reasonably current or new, setup should be routine. It is billable if it’s complex or potentially problematic.
- Installation and basic configuration is included in the licensing price; custom configuration (beyond default is billable)
- Backups are scheduled to run a predefined schedule according to the customer’s preference
- Sitkum I.T. Managed Services Ltd. provides no warranties whatsoever ensuring the integrity of customer data. Sitkum I.T. Managed Services will provide file or full disaster recovery at the customer’s request for a fee.
